rev:text	I was a fan of apple , until recently, now I think they are just downright , un trained under informed help. I had a bureau of mis information from this store. I made a genius bar appointment,and he was helping me and 3 other people at the same time, had to track him down and wait to ask questions as he bounced around from person to person. The truth is, with the problems we were having , he shouldn't of stepped away for one minute.
