  • I'm updating my review because the regional manager and store manager have dealt with the rude eye Dr that I saw on a previous visit. Since then my past 2 visits have been wonderful. Like night and day. The front desk, manager, eye Dr's, were all professional and pleasant. Quick service with a smile. So, if you have a problem with an employee, just let the manager and/or regional manager know and it will be taken care of quickly. Good job to the management for taking care of the sour apples.
