As with other vehicle purchases, prefer to conduct some of the leg work using the internet. Other dealership have a "chat box" to start a conversation. This dealership doesn't. Use the "contact about this car", asked for more information. Stated clearly best way to contact is email. 2 seconds later got a call from a sales person, stating to come in to discuss. (so they got ya). Tried to continue conversation via computer to save time driving over there. Tried to have credit run to assure I could get finance for the amount of the vehicle. Again, come on down. Final gave in a drove down to dealership. The Jeep Cherokees were not in any logical order, scattered all over the place. Walked around for 30 minutes. Cars were extremely filthy. Car lot was filthy (this is a very new dealership). Have been a loyal DCJ owner for decades. Brought from Avondale DCJ until Larry Miller bought them. Bought from another dealership that allows you to conduct some of the preliminary business using a computer.
