  • My 3 y/o grandson and I are regulars here. There are so many entertaining activities to keep a little guy busy and it doesn't cost a me a dime! The grounds are clean with green grass, lush trees and a fully stocked fishing lake that winds through the center. We used to bring bread crumbs to feed the wildlife. But one day I noticed signs posted everywhere prohibiting people from feeding the ducks and geese! I understand the park would be unsanitary otherwise. It also has a giant indoor area containing conference rooms, visitors information center and classrooms for community courses and events. It even has a fitness center with nicer equipment and more machines then my usual gym. The playground filled with variety of uniquely designed equipment and a splash park full of fun water fountains that keep kids cool in the Summer. The city of Peoria went above and beyond by providing such a family friendly amenity for its residents to enjoy.
