  • Very poor customer service at the Rosti station. My wife and I were keen on eating there earlier today but the employees at the rosti station were busy doing their work without realizing the presence of customers. I can understand how busy they can get but it was only after I asked them on how long will it take, I got a 14 mins wait as a reply from one of the staff and nothing beyond that. I didn't even place our order and she didn't even bother to check whether we've ordered or not. Eating out is not always about the food, the service also goes a long way and I will neither dine at such a place ever again nor will I recommend it to anyone else. Food court stalls that are busier offer better customer service.
