  • Not too impressed at all. My golden just arrived back home and she looks exactly the same. Her coat was still curly, meaning she was not blown dry properly and my partner, a former groomer, is dematting and retrimming right now. My dog made a beeline for her water bowl and drank it empty. Obviously she wasn't given any water. A classic case of....you get what you pay for. Note to staff: perhaps put away the "how to" book when you have clients picking up their pets. It doesn't instill a lot of confidence.
