  • Went to Pizza Rock on Grand Opening night and unfortunately was left disappointed. I've been to the one downtown but this PR did not meet any expectations. First and foremost don't leave a bad impression on a first date but that's exactly what he had. Waited 60 min to be seated which was expected being the first night but it was all downhill from there. Took us 2 1/2 hours from the time we sat down until we left. Service was extremely slow. Just getting drink refills seemed impossible. Food was ok not great. Kids wanted mud pies but it took them 20 min to tell us they didn't have any. Nothing was good about tonight and I could see other diners having similar issues. Sorry this local will not be back
