  • I had kept checking online to see the progress and the status said "In Progress" never changed although when I called they said the application was dropped. They never emailed me or called saying they sent it to the wrong address after 5 months passed. And I am not able to get a refund yet I was never notified otherwise I would of handled it as soon as possible. This is people's jobs and careers, you have to inform them since it's a requirement to work since they can't extend the trainee licenses it needs to be done promptly and correctly not only by us but as well as the employees.
