| - My husband and I were first-time home buyers when we met Kimberly five years ago. When we first met Kimberly, she was very informative, put us at ease, was not pushy at all and knew exactly what we wanted. She did a really good job finding houses that matched our taste and needs. One of the things that we love about Kimberly is that she honestly wants to please the client and not just make a sale. She is always honest and will always tell you the benefits/drawbacks of a house or the neighborhood. Throughout the five years that we spent looking for a house, she never once pressured us to buy or make a decision that we weren't comfortable with. She always respected our desire to find the "right" house and was always extremely patient with us. Most agents probably would have given up or dropped us after a year, but Kimberly would always call or email us every 6 months just to keep in touch or ask if we were still interested in buying.
After waiting patiently for five years, we finally found a house we wanted and Kimberly was ON IT. She knew how long we had been waiting for this house and she really went above and beyond to get that house for us. I'm not going to lie, it was very stressful in the beginning - it was extremely competitive, a lot of people wanted that house and there was a short bidding period, etc. I honestly didn't think we'd get that house. But Kimberly knew exactly what to do to and she made it happen for us. She even called in a favor for us because our bank was closed for the holiday and she hooked us up with a lending agency for a loan pre-approval letter at the last minute so that we could get our offer/bid in on time.
During escrow, she made sure we knew exactly what was going on, always kept in contact and if we forgot something, she would remind us. Kimberly is always reliable and always detail-oriented. If something was being delayed, she would personally jump in and take care of it for you - whether it be calling the lending agency or contacting a home inspector, she is always in constant communication with the other parties involved. Kimberly made sure everything went smoothly until the day we closed and the house keys were in our hands.
My husband and I (finally) bought our "dream house" and we owe it all to Kimberly. We are extremely grateful for meeting her and it was so great working with her. Thank you, Kimberly for all your patience, hard work and for making our dream a reality!
