  • This place is not as bad as other reviewers say it is. Maybe I just went on a good day... The service was pretty fast. I was in & out in 45 minutes. When I took my number, I was fifty numbers out from who they were helping. So they were calling more than a number per minute. The person who helped me wasn't especially friendly, but he certainly wasn't rude. He just didn't make conversation, but he took care of what I needed in a timely manner, and I appreciate that more than someone taking to me about the weather. The security guard was really good about kicking out a couple who was causing drama without making a big production out of it. I did print my forms out online..everything you need is readily available on their website along with a list of documents you'll need to bring. They make it so easy, I don't know what there really is to complain about. Just go in prepared and with a good attitude, and I seriously doubt people will be rude to you.
