  • Abysmal. Just abysmal. Unfortunately, they manage the community where our rental property is located. I've been in Arizona nearly 20 years and lived in several neighborhoods with HOAs and property management companies. After my experience with Amcor, I'm now one of those people who despite any type of governance over my home and/or property. Our community manager has been rude, unhelpful and seemingly unwilling to work with us to resolve issues related to our account. A little bit of friendliness and a "hey, let's resolve this together" attitude would have gone a very long way.
