  • I went to that place twice this year. The first time, last March, was amazing. The staff was quite helpful, nice and smiling. Me and my daughter really enjoyed the experience. That's why I decided to return this Sunday. The staff was still amazing as before. However, there was a new lady that I didn't see the first time. Her name is Sophie. Quite a corpulent lady and quite rude and impolite with customers. She has no manners and just spit out her words like a barbarian. I was enjoying my coffee and my daughter was eating her cookies and chips bought at the snack bar. I had some left over from McDonals and decided to finish eating it at the snack area. Suddenly, Sophie burst out and said angrily at us ''Eat at the other side !'' without noticing that we bought food from the snack bar. I was quite taken aback with her rudeness and careless behavior. I tried to talk to her but she just went her way and ignoring me. I feel really sorry for the staff working there. I do not wish to insult them, they are great but this Sophie, who ever she is, put a stop to my visit at Zizzagzoo for a long time. She was just mean, really mean. She didn't smile at anyone at anytime. The place is quite nice for kids but with workers like Sophie, the atmosphere was like shit. I decided to leave only 1.5 hours at the place.
