This is THE PLACE. I have tried a few work out programs and places over the past couple of years only to gradually stop. I am a month in and not only have I lost 3% body fat, I actually enjoy going! I am averaging 4/7 days a week because I love my trainer, the atmosphere, small group, and being challenged without feeling defeated. Nick covers training AND nutrition so my results are coming along. I think what also helps (and hence the slogan winners make commitments) is signing up for a time slot to work out. Once I sign up and commit to that it is harder to make an excuse and cancel. This is by no means high pressure but accountability to myself. The app is also nice as it has a link to food log and workouts if you can't make it in.
