  • This probably more a 3.50 but dont have that choice. I booked here on a recommendation from a friend. Wanted a suite and it was the right price. We stayed last week Tue-Thurs so I got a pretty darn good deal for $90 a night after fees and such. I will say all the things I LOVED about it first and then the negatives. The Lazy River was my favorite part and regret only being able to spend one day in it. Have adults only spa. The staff was friendly. The Morea Room was comfortably small meaning that it was enough for two but anymore would be crowded. Room and linens were clean. There is a Dennys on site so that was easy for breakfast. It is about 1/2 mile at the end of the strip so nice to getaway from the temptation of the casinos. Concierge offers help and great discounts for entertainment. Free parking. In room safe with key was nice to have to keep valuables. Free wi-fi. Downsides.... there is no turn down/daily cleaning service unless you want to pay $25+ a day to have it. You can request clean towels/sheets. The carpets need replacing. They are worn and horribly thin. No padding whatsoever. Your child would be crying if he fell on it. The elevators need replacing as well. The doors have scrapes on them because they are not aligned correctly and make this horrible noise. Plus, we had some issues getting unto our floor correctly because it would skip floors so you had to keep pressing it. A cleaning person that was riding with us says it happens all the time. Parking is limited late at night. We usually had to park far from our room. They have an empty lot for overflow off to the side but does not really feel safe because it is not well lit. I would not feel comfortable as a woman alone to park there after a night of gambling with major money in my purse. Noise level is not good and I thought that it was due to thin walls but nope, it was the 1/2 inch gap under the door so i heard other guests often. It was not just background noise but could clearly hear peoples conversations. Telephone did not work, would not dial out even to front desk. Plugs in bad places and one did not work. Awkward light switches on lamps in bedroom. No wall switch. Sink is VERY small so you cannot put a lot on it. Note that this is a timeshare property and they will pitch you. With that said, i am shocked that they dont fix these small things I mentioned. It tarnishes the image of the property. Its like they try real hard on the outside but then slack off on the small details which add up to be alot. It does not entice me to "own" it with such poor maintenance. I would definitely stay again just for the lazy river BUT only for less than $100 a night. Was looking at planning a weekend getaway soon and they want $150 a night and that is just too much for this with competing choices elsewhere on the strip.
