  • Rip offs. They called and said that my insurance approved and would cover 100% for the testing. But, I found out too late that it wasn't the case and insurance never got an inquiry from them. I went to see Dr. Yee to have him go over my MRI result but he stated that he wasn't a shoulder specialist so he gave me a referral to see his colleague. They still charge my insurance and me for co-pay. When I called their billing department about the charge, she only responded, 'by law we can charge anything even if you only saw the doctor for 30 seconds.
