| - I take back anything negative about this place!
I went for my $50 pedicure (45 min), and it was relaxing, and me, being me, I expected the worse, especially knowing off hand that Buff Nail Lounge is franchised.
Good: Very clean, and bright. The colour scheme of the facility instantly makes you feel all girly and at ease. Pink, Black & Silver
Bad: The Sunday I went, around noon, it was raining outside, and it was a bit chilly inside. My feed (I went for a pedi) got burr cold.
Good: Lots of add-on services, very reasonably priced.
You can purchase semi-decent disposable flip flops for $1.
PERK! They also let you store your flip-flops there in a little plastic box that goes on the wall, so you don't have to re-buy them if you forget them during your next visit.
Bad: The hair 'section' looked sad. The hair stylist that I saw was in her late 50's, and had a dated looking hair cut.
Good: They offer teeth whitening there, for a quarter of the price offered at the dentist.
Bad: I could see this place getting rammed with women during peak times. There are huge tables for communal manicure sessions - so book accordingly!
Good: Stephanie, who did my pedi, offered me a bit of small talk, but then let me soak up my quiet time. She did a great job on my toes.
They also gave me a coupon, upon my exit.
I will be returning, Buff!
