  • Had to make an appointment to get the air pressure in my tires balanced out and do a little bit of yearly maintenance. It was very convenient to make an appointment as the app on Yelp made it very easy, even on a Sunday. In addition, the app also confirms via email your appointment so there's no confusion and you know you're good to go. This was my first experience at this location and I read the reviews, positive and negative, so I was curious to see if this dealer would provide the 5 star service that I am used to getting from my Las Vegas dealer. From the minute of when I drove into the service area (this one is an easy pull in and out, minimal hassle in maneuvering through customer traffic) a covered hanger or sorts I received AMAZING service. BMW has a slew of very nice young men, valeting you, giving you a cold bottle of water and then checking you in so you can meet your service advisor. Within about 5 minutes of checking my FOB into their computer system and printing out my paperwork, my service advisor greeted me. My advisor for the visit was Scott Kastelic. Scott walked me through my options of staying and waiting for the service to get done or returning in the AM. Since there were no loaners available, I opted to stay and wait. The customer lounge area is a nice size with about 4 different areas where you can patiently wait. It wasn't claustrophobic and loaded with customers so you can choose where you wanted to wait, whether it was in front of a big screen TV or in the cafe/bar area where you can work. As an entrepreneur, I'm always equipped with my work station, I was able to set up pretty quickly and comfortably where the coffee bar was. From the comfy lounge like sofas, 2 coffee bars that dispensed specialty coffee drinks to the cafe table like rounds where you can set up your work space, BMW thought of everything to make the area comfy for the customer. The other perks of waiting was there was fresh fruit (apples and bananas) and protein bars near the coffee station and get this...all you can drink cold, bottled water. As far as service is concerned, time flew by as they whizzed through my maintenance needs (1.5 hours) and after they were finished BMW always does what they always do and they washed my car and made sure it was spot perfect before I got on the road. My service advisor, Scott was professional, courteous and gracious. He was a good listener, had great attitude and I highly recommend you ask for him if you have a choice to pick your advisor. He's so thoughtful that he even reminded me that I was getting a free BMW shirt when I checked in with Yelp. BMW is lucky to have such a customer focused advisor. All in all, 5 star service is what I always expect from BMW, after all, that's their brand promise and I'm a loyal BMW car owner as it's the only car I've driven for the last 23 years.
