  • If I could give this store more than 5 stars I would. Prior to today, I have never shopped LUSH before. I had a gift card in hand and ventured into this location about 30 minutes before closing...usually two things that retail associates tend to dislike. I was met very welcomingly by Collette and Karissa and told them that, being a Lush-newbie, I had no idea where to begin. After they investigated my interests and concerns, my quick pit-stop became a personalized shopping experience that not only met my needs and left me feeling pampered, but has absolutely turned me into a Lush girl for life. I have extensive experience in retail and the beauty industry having previously managed MAC Cosmetics locations in two major cities. These ladies exemplified knowledge of their product and incredible customer service, which is rare these days. I haven't had such a nice shopping experience in quite a long time! Thanks so much!
