  • I have been coming to Andy for over a decade and recently had a conversation with someone while waiting for my oil change. Our topic: How great of a mechanic Andy and Stanos are to their customers. I'm pretty sure my entire family takes their vehicles to get serviced here and everyone says great things about Haskell Auto. Andy will always tell it like it is and find ways to make the bigger jobs less of a headache financially. On one occasion I had problems with my alternator and had a nightmare experience getting my vehicle towed to the shop. The company who towed my car (who shall remain nameless) said they couldn't tell what the problem was and I had a warranty on the battery I bought from them. When Stanos had a look, he found the problem to be with the battery. I was super upset but Stanos was even more upset at how this guy had treated me. Knowing I had a long day, Stanos drove me to lunch. What a guy! Long story short, the company reimbursed me for my battery. I could list many instances like this over the years but I would literally write a novel. I will state that I look forward to getting a rewards discount from Haskell every month and he once held classes for car owners so they could become familiar with parts of the interior. Awesome right?!
