I know I have somewhat of an idea when it comes to my car. I went in for a headlight and break pads, or so I thought since that was the reason my car was acting up last time I had to get it serviced. Turns out a bunch of things had happened over the course of three years in an apartment complex with 6 speed bumps to get to and from my apartment. It wore down my axels and rotors so badly that they were leaking onto my breaks and making them squeak and jolt. Break pads were perfectly fine. So the guys there let me see what exactly had happened. I was reassured of what needed to be fixed and it made me feel good that they were trying to give me deals left and right. They tried their best to find the best price for me and didn't bs me with labor and high costs. I appreciated the store manager and his helpful crew. I got two new tires that I had planned on getting sometime soon, but the last place I bought my tires from wanted to charge me $780 for 4 tires. At the time I could only purchase two. They got me the two new ones for $51ea. (they always have great deals on tires) They also did an oil change($49/synthetic, I usually pay $68), replaced the damaged parts, cleaned the wheel wells, transmission flush(which is not cheap btw) updated other fluids bc all of mine were not the color they were supposed to be... And they didn't forget about the headlight . I got right in around 2pm, I didn't mind the time it took as long as it was done correctly. They also had a Yelp Coupon $50 for $75, that helped a lot.
They are efficient and the store is nice and air conditioned with a TV that didn't play car related demos(like at Toyotas waiting room) and they had my car ready around 6pm. I'm impressed with the staff and the price I got for everything. It was a great experience and I know I will be returning to this shop for all my car's needs. Thanks again guys!
