Completely obsessed and love the trainers!! Before OTF running was pretty much my only workout. I needed more than that so I joined OTF. I love the interval cardio training at OTF because the trainer & the intervals really break it up and I feel a huge difference in my running training outside of here. In OTF class, I prob get in 1.5-3 miles of intervals. But it keeps me in excellent running shape that I can still go and bust out a 10 mile run. The interval training still helps with distance running. The other thing I love about the cardio is that it's broken down into 3 categories- power walker, jogger, & runner- so anyone can do it at their own pace!
I joined OTF because I needed to add strength into my workouts. Cardio is not enough. I love the strength & weight portion because before this class I was totally lost in a gym. No idea where to start with lifting. This is super simple to follow and you get a full body workout. The trainers will modify anything to fit your needs. If you're looking for tone & definition, here you go.
It is unlike any other fitness class, anyone can come here and fit in. All sizes, shapes, ages and fitness levels. There's no intimidation yet full of motivation. I would recommend this to anyone from crazed fitness lovers to my grandpa
