rev:text	I went to this studio using my Passport to Prana... Thank goodness I didn't fork over any money to visit this place because it is a disaster. The studio itself is musty and dirty. The owner has compiled what seem to be garage sale finds from the 70s, to create a really kitschy and tacky studio. Like a previous reviewer mentioned, this place is not ready to be open. I attended the "boot camp" class. It was obvious the instructor was not prepared for the class as the entire 1.5 hours had no flow or consistency. The class consisted of about 30 minutes of yoga and 45 minutes of bad cardio workouts (including using an ab twister, a rocker board, and ab glider... all definitely older than I am... ). I know this sounds like it might be some high intensity class worth visiting, it wasn't. The teacher clearly had no clue what he was doing, nor did he appear to have any foundational yoga skills... in fact many of the things he had us do were downright dangerous. Lastly, the change rooms are ghastly. The washroom has no actual light fixture but rather a night light. There is 1 shower, in an awkward room... but there was no hot water when I went. I mean NO hot water, the shower was ice cold. The bottom line is this studio is cheap, offers lots of classes, but invest the extra money and go somewhere else, where you can actually practice yoga with an educated instructor who will inform you on appropriate practice... or rent a 70s fitness video, honestly the 5$ would be better spent.
