  • First time going here- Customer services was phenomenal. They made sure to explain what went with my service (VIP DELUXE) and he made it sound like they were going to take their time (he said 2hours) id say it took about an hour. The car on the outside was clean- but they didn't even vacuum my trunk (jeep renegade) which isn't closed of. They didn't clean the steering wheel and there was still some things to vacuum- the floors and the seats still had crumbs...the edges of my car seats were still dirty. And the review mirrors still had finger prints and stains- I went home and cleaned it with a wet rag and it came of immediately, so it wasn't like it was hard to come off. I'd figure they would at least pass a rag on it. The cup holders were cleaner but they still had stains. I just feel like it was half ass'ed.... I sat and watched the whole process and they were doing everything so fast. If I'm paying for a service I was told I was going to get I expect that. I'm not sure if I will be coming back-
