  • Things could not have gone any better if I had written it myself. My partner and I began our search for wedding rings and we were promptly greeted by Cindy who was amazing from the start. We advised her that we were looking for wedding rings and she was very helpful and even asked when the wedding date was and what our styles were. She showed us some beautiful rings and even sized us to be sure of our ring sizes. Although they did not have the ring I chose in my size, she stated that they could have it done in a few days and then proceeded to explain the warranty that Shane Co offered and trust me it is amazing. We had previously bought some engagement rings at Zale's Jewelers and I recommend if anyone is thinking of going to Zale's do not do it, they are nice when they are trying to sell you a ring, but as soon as something is wrong they do not know who you are, the rings we purchased shattered after dropping them and when we went back to complain their customer service was terrible and they did nothing for us. So after my experience yesterday at Shane Co they are my jeweler for life and so glad and thankful that we chose to choose our forever rings there. Thank you to Cindy for her gracious and superb customer service and she even helped us after the fact to choose 2 gifts for two special ladies that will be there in celebrating our wedding. Thank you Shane Co. for striving for superb customer service and for having caring individuals such as Cindy that makes someone want to come back again and after our awesome experience we will.
