My first time to ever write a review. I (male) had been going Teresa McChesney for about 7 months or so. A couple days after getting my hair cut I called to see if she could take a little more off the top as had a business trip. I had asked for this one other time.
After neededing to call back to request it again, a receptionist called and told me that Teresa would not be able to cut my hair any longer since she did not seem to meet my standards. I thought this was very strange as i had always been complimentary of her cuts.
I then called the owner of the salon, Rebecca to see what's going. She made no apologies or any kind of sympathetic remarks that one might expect. She said that she would talk to Teresa and the receptionist and call me back. About 5 days later, no call from Rebecca so I called back to speak with her. The receptionist just retold me what the first one did.
I really can't believe that a business owner would not have a greater concern for an unhappy customer and not have the courtesy or decency to respond. What of business is has such a disregard for customers?
And the last time I got my hair cut Teresa tried charging me more. I said that I've paid the same price since I started with her and she said I've always had this (higher) price in my iPAD. I found that quite strange.
Well this Teresa is also selling bows and anything esle she can to make a buck and just got back into the hair business not too long ago. She was trying to build up her business as she recently joined the salon.
We'll this whole experience has been a learning lesson for me in dealing with low class establishments. As the saying goes - you get what you pay for!
