Hate to go with 3 on this one but the pub needs improved! Have been there a number of times and the food is super, but the service and atmosphere are questionable given its look and location.
The steak and ale pie, sticky toffee pudding, and lobster rolls are and have been totally tasty and delicious. The selection of comfort food is well rounded and slightly different than the average pub/ sports bar.
So, we get to the service part. We waited for drinks, our table, and the food for well over 3 hours. Granted we had a large party but the simple fact that half of the table only had a sandwich is absurd. I have had more efficient luncheons at Buffalo Wild Wings (although the food was lame). And the scene felt dead with soft music barely to be heard. This place need re-energized. With a big name like Ramsey attached, it needs to be better!
