  • The only reason I am here at Steinberg is because my (also one-star) insurance company won't let me go to West Valley Imaging as I have done for years. The condescending techs and the co-ed waiting rooms for mammograms (REALLY) are quite ridiculous. I was here just a month ago, now here for a follow up and the forms and paperwork are exactly the same. The rudeness with which the tech spoke to me (the same tech that is smashing my breasts while I am at my most vulnerable) was so off-putting that I would rather pay out of pocket than return here.
