rev:text	Ok. I admit I am a bit of a princess and have never gone alone to get an oil change until today-usually I just make it part of my repairs at the dealership or I get my man to take it in (I know how sad that makes me sounds). Anyway today I decided I was going to tackle this oil change trip all by myself. When I got there around 9AM on a weekday (day off) there were two cars in the bays ahead of me. The "paper man" the other reviewers noticed was at my window in under a minute advising me the wait would be 5 minutes and offered me water or coffee. While I declined, all were a nice touch. I think I waited 3 minutes before having to drive in. They were clear on everything they were doing-they clearly have speeches prepared for every service they offer and an order in which they do it in. They were courteous and did a good job of informing me of extra things I could have done, always with the price up front. In a way I liked that the payment screen always faces you so you can see how things are adding up... They also signed me up for the Mr Lube club which gave me a 10% off coupon for the oil change. Nice! I admit I was a little overwhelmed at first with this "first" for me but they made it easy and relatively pain free. I will definitely be back. One little thing I would like to see is Mr Lube put prices and packages on their website. I like to look at stuff like that before heading out just so I have an idea of cost and options. Unfortunately they don't have anything like that on there.
