As long as your dyson is under warranty the service is free!! Make sure you bring in the whole vacuum so the guy can see the serial number to check the warranty. I just brought in my brush bar cause that was what was broken but he needed the whole vacuum, so I had to come in 2x. The guy that works there is super nice and has a cool foreign accent just like in the dyson commercials. I didn't even have to leave it there for repair; he fixed it on the spot in about 5-10 minutes and helped me carry it out to my car when it was done. I honestly thought I just needed a new brush ($10) but he said the entire cleaner head ($70) needed to be replaced. I actually argued with him about it because I thought he was trying to upsell me but then he told me it was under warranty and free so I was thrilled! It seems too good to be true but it's true.
