  • As all the other reviews say, this company is NOT a claims management company, they are a claims DENIAL company. The movers (company: Out of State Movers) broke several of my grandmother's and great-grandmother's pieces of china by piling the glass and china into wardrobe-sized boxes without wrapping the items, damaged several thousand dollars worth of goods, and even lost a few items including an antique mirror. Of the few thousand dollars of items requested, they offered us 36 dollars for everything. It was like a slap in the face. Do NOT use Out of State Movers, or any moving company that deals with Anthem. It is not worth them breaking and losing your stuff and then offering you pennies for each item.
