rev:text	Eeeek is right. We rented a property from them for 3 years. After about two years was informed by other people in the neighborhood that the plumbing and piping of the entire neighborhood was bad and needed to have a major overhaul instead of taking the money and fixing the issue the owner of the house took the money and did nothing..... Which is probably why we had multiple leaks in the house. One was so bad from the bathtub upstairs that it flooded the entire lower level of the house and mind you we have children (young children). There was also black mold in the downstairs bathroom that the environmental agency confirmed was festering. It took them over a month to fix that issue while my 3 young children (one of which was a newborn) were sick constantly for months! As we all know black mold if disturbed is TOXIC. Just like Robinson Realty. Nothing was as it seemed when we looked at the home. The sprinkler system in the backyard didn't work so the trees died and we had to cut them down. Now they are charging us because the trees are dead. They had a construction company come in after the black mold was removed and repaint the downstairs bathroom and the wall next to the bathroom. I noticed after they were done and gone that the paint was a different color than the original. Leaving the paint two tone and now because we decided to break the lease and move out they are trying to charge us to repaint. The carpet in my babies room was soaked down to the padding and they were supposed to have that replaced as well and they never did. The water was from another previous major leak that happened in the house. The leak was so bad water was pouring out of every crevice and the ceiling profusely. Now they are trying to charge us to have the carpets replaced. We paid a 3700 deposit inclusive of 250.00 pet deposit for any damage done by our dogs and they are trying to say the house had an odor. However the dogs went to the bathroom outside. The smell was prob coming from the fact that the carpet was saturated with water. They are trying to charge us for numberous different things. We had all of the rooms carpets professionally cleaned and there was no odor in the house. We received the estimate for the maintenance via mail and when my husband FINALLY got ahold of someone they asked him how he got it. Like oops you weren't supposed to see that...... They indicate that we moved out on 4/30 which is a LIE. We were out of the house by 4/15. We left the electricity on as required and they decided it was ok to run the A/C every day 24 hours a day in a 2 story house. Therefore we incurred a bill for nv energy which shouldn't have been for anything since we no longer live there. We have been calling, emailing, texting since we left and we just now reached someone. I was getting an apartment for my son in my name and when I needed to have rental verification the property management told me that unless I provided the intent to vacate letter they would report every derogatory mark on our account but if I provided the letter she would make everything look gold. Mr. Robinson sir I do believe that is BLACKMAIL. You should really look into the type of lazy, rude, irresponsible, inconsiderate staff you have working for you. As a matter of fact I bet you didn't even know that after we had moved out someone left the front door wide open last week with the key in the front door. Now I don't know about you but if any damage was done in that house it could be because it was unoccupied and left wide open for anyone to go into. If it wasn't for me calling and letting your staff know the door would probably be still open to this day. Nothing but a nightmare and now they want to charge me over 2,000 for maintenance that should be done regardless and damage they say happened from us. It is to laugh. I am thoroughly disgusted.
