Sadly enough after spending close to $1,000.00 on new tires 8 months ago, I had a defective tire. I was on my way to have Discount Tire rotate my tires. But the line was almost out the door for service. I took my company truck to my mechanic to have my rear shocks replaced. Upon him removing the rear tires he found a 4" bubble and a split in the inside seam of one of the tires. I phoned the store and they didn't have that tire in stock. I called the store on Rancho who did and explained my situation. Individual asked me to come in and he'd replace it. Upon my arrival he mentioned that their is NO warranty on the BF Goodrich tires I purchased. After I paid $283.00 he continued to tell me it would be an hour and a half wait. I explained to him that this tire was for my work truck that was down, and I needed to get back to work. He gace NO remorse and said again, an hour and a half.
I paid the money and I asked, " for 1 tire this long"? They didn't give a rats behind that my truck was on Jacks and I needed to get back to work. I don't expect for anyone to drop what they're doing just for me. But is was only 1 tire, no warranty nor consolation for the fact that they sold me a defective tire.
