  • Been here a couples times and enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. However, my opinion of this establishment recently changed for the worse and I will never be back. We had a reservation for 7 people at 10:30am for brunch in the mezzanine. When we arrived (a few minutes before 10:30) we found out that they had decided to accommodate a party of 20 and move us down stairs, I get it, businesses need to make money, but the table they were going to give us was occupied by a group that they made a reservation for at 10am. Did they really expect a group to be in and out in 30 min before our reservation? Long story short on a 112 degree day we waited over 35 minutes standing in the hostess area before finally giving up and leaving. At no point did the hostess or the MOD offer us an apology or a remedy without us having to ask to speak to the Manager. I can't help but be reminded of an episode of Seinfeld "you know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation, and that's really the most important part of the reservation, the holding of the reservation."
