a great pre-christmas dinner
started with:
tuna susci: caviar, granny smith apple and tuffle crema (just ok)
lardo wrapped prawns with chili oil and rosemary lentils (great)
moved onto:
capellini with ricci di mare (uni), dungeness crab & tobiko
pici pasta with lobster, tarragon, almond & chili pesto
tagliatelle with vegetables, true zabaglione & guancial
all of which were so delicious
capped off with:
three kinds of cheese served with seasonal compote, spiced nuts & honey comb
shared a bottle of rose
a wonderful, wonderful night
p.s. our server was amazing. his name is titus. you can't beat a name like that.
