  • Misleading to say the least. I always was keen to notice that this Hospital would push services or slide in some service you never authorized. Another ploy is they would put important paperwork before you while you are distracted (without reading it because you trust your vet...wouldn't think they would pull one over on you). Well, my naivety on that one proved costly last visit I ever took to their doors. Overall, pet care was not a priority...they leaned more towards the dollar signs. The Puerto Rican doctor barely takes the time to do the work you do pay for, exhibits little understanding or compassion, let alone expect him to go the extra mile for you or your pet. To this day, I will not comprehend why some choose a path when they clearly exhibit it is not one they are passionate about. This hospital is a disappointment and a let down to the community it serves. I expected upright individuals conducting a respectable business, not the polar opposite. Good luck if you should choose to take your family pet here.
