| - I'm a west-sider, but was in the neighborhood and was in desperate need of caffeine and quick. The drive thru line was backed up FOUR cars beyond its entrance so I opted for walk in. The line inside was also quite long but decided coffee to be worth the wait. I made a bad decision. Here's the scene: six people working, one on register. I stood in line waiting to order for fifteen minutes. While I had the "luck" of being behind 2 different customers who weren't sure what to order...we're in Starbucks people, it's not rocket science. However, I place the bulk of the slowness problem on the staff. After I ordered, without receiving any sort of greeting from the cashier, it was another twenty minutes before my drink was called. And while technically it was correct, the espresso was so old/burned/something it basically made he drink in consumable. If not for my complete lack of sleep and/or coherence at the time I may have attempted to return it, but I didn't have an extra 35 minutes to spare. Generally I would consider myself a Sbux girl, but definitely not for this particular location. Bad, Bad, Bad.
