  • Horrible experience for a 1st time bride! Customer service sucks here! Each worker has 2 brides their working with. I was left unattended for so long waiting for assistance. I was given size 6 dresses when I am a size 16 and was told they would fit & for me not to worry at all. Flo was assisting me and looked very busy out of the 2x I saw her running back to the other customer she was assisting with. I then didn't want anything to do with Azteca after crying in the dressing room because Flo wouldn't actually take the time to listen to me about the dresses not being able to fit me at all, so my family and I just walked out. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I wouldn't want any 1st time bride to go through what I went through because we all dream about this day and it should be a beautiful day..not a day filled with tears and puffy eyes! Ended up at Luv Bridal where I was treated right and listened to. They changed my sad day into a special memorable day. I purchased one beautiful dress from Luv Bridal! As far as Azteca goes! Listen to your brides! They know their bodies more then you know. Only deal with one bride at a time! Treat them special...because they are special...especially if they are a 1st time bride! I have to give 1 star but if there was an option for NO STARS I would do so!
