| - We originally ordered our groom and groomsmen's suits here in the Men's Wearhouse Aurora, IL location, which was a great experience for us. The person that helped us was kind enough to ship it to the Men's Wearhouse in Boca Park location in Las Vegas, NV. This review is about a hiccup that occurred with the suits and vests that were sent out to the Las Vegas location.
Let's talk about the one suit that was first shipped out to Las Vegas, NV. It seemed that the pants were incorrect. There were two different stories of how the interaction between the Best Man and Men's Wearhouse Representative regarding this incident.
Our Best Man's version:
When our Best Man went to try it on, it was too big. After trying it on he asked if it could be switched to a smaller size. He was advised "No" and that a belt will help with holding the pants up. When he told me this I immediately talked to Marcus to find out why the pants could not be switched to a different size when it could. He got on the phone with the Las Vegas location and asked about it.
Las Vegas location version:
When our Best Man tried on the pants and found it was too big, the person helping him with the suit stated our Best Man said it was okay and that he will wear a belt to hold up the pants.
Not sure which version is correct and in this case it became a person's word over another. Being that our Best Man is an honest person and we know him, we believe his words over the Las Vegas Men's Wearhouse Representative. Marcus spoke with Frankie M. over the phone to have all this resolved. She was very accommodating and advised him to send the Best Man back so he could try on the smaller size and will be happy to switch it out. Whoever helped out the first time probably didn't know it can be changed. The Best Man came back the next day and the smaller size fit perfectly. In this case, Frankie saved the day!
The last incident was the vest. I received a call from the Boca Park Men's Wearhouse location in Las Vegas, NV stating that the vests had arrived. So, I text our Groomsmen on this and to pick it up at their earliest convenience. Our Groomsman went by and was helped perfectly by an Associate, changed the size for him, etc. His experience has been, none other, than easy.
Our Best Man stopped by to try on the vest and pick it up. The Men's Wearhouse Representative that helped him stated that it wasn't there and it was in route. He just seems to have the worst luck with this store. He told me of this and so I got on the phone directly to their store. I spoke with a gentleman on this and he also stated that it was being shipped. After explaining the situation about the phone call and how it should be there, he got Frankie M. to help with the confusion.
Frankie M. came on the phone and worked her magic to find the vest for our Best Man. She also was confused as to where the 2nd vest was. She advised me that there was no message about the vests from the Aurora IL location and they didn't know anything of it. We bantered back and forth on the phone call I received, the Groomsman who was there to pick his up and changed the size, etc. Based on these two facts and with Frankie's personality of never giving up until the concern is resolved, she found the vest placed in the wrong location due to a new employee not knowing where it should have been placed. There was a small note on there from the Aurora IL location regarding the vests.
Fact of the matter is, Frankie M. was our Wonder Woman in this little mess. I am so thankful that she didn't give up on us and found the vests. Without Frankie's help my Bridezilla personality may have resurfaced and flown out to Vegas to have this resolved, then demand they pay for my flight over there to fix this. Just kidding... I wouldn't do that... or would I?
Frankie, if you're reading this, thank you so much for all your help and making it all right with the world for us. You are amazing! I am certain that everyone who is helped by you have had or will have the same experience as I did. Thanks, again!
