  • Worst store I've ever been to. I've been in here exactly twice, each time to buy an Xbox One accessory (one time the USB wireless receiver to use controllers on a PC wirelessly before they had bluetooth, the other time for a chat headset after I broke mine). Customer service is nonexistent. It's a beautiful store with great, cleanly organized stock of Xbox products, had no trouble finding accessories, and at launch this was the only place you could find the USB wireless controller receiver for Windows, no other stores in the mall or online had them for months after. So, it started off great each time, walked in and picked up my product from the shelf in 15 seconds. That's where they fail. Their checkouts are two little payment terminals in the back corners of the store. The first time I came, I waited about 15 minutes standing by one of them to pay, nobody came. I eventually asked an employee and they looked genuinely angry that someone was interrupting them from standing around doing nothing to pay for something--excuse me! The other time, I only waited 10 minutes for an employee to come. Then, I kid you not, it took 20 minutes for her to log in to her Microsoft computer running their point of sale software. It's pathetic that they expect you to buy and repair computers there when the complete inadequacy of their systems stops you from even buying a little accessory--I only buy Macs for this reason. No other store takes 20 minutes to start up their checkout system. This store will waste tons of your time for the simplest purchase. Extrapolate your likely experience in buying/servicing something like a computer here, and your likely experience living with a device running Windows.
