The worst experience, the worst service advisor Wyman. I had a 9:00 AM appointment, was told it would take an hour. After an hour and half, no car, was never told, Wyman never kept me up to date. After 11:00 AM I demanded the car. The oil change gauge was changed to 100% although I have no idea if the oil was really changed or the tires rotated. The tire pressure was never checked AND the car was not washed. Check YELP, GM Customer care and Dealerrater, and I am not done writing bad reviews until I run out of places, you have to get rid of Wyman, he does not care about your customers at all.
