Wish I could say more nice things about the store ... the staff are friendly and generally helpful.
Unfortunately, I'm annoyed at their groomers. They banned my 5 pound pompoo because he growls and snaps during grooming. He's never actually bitten anyone, and couldn't draw blood if he tried(mouth's too small), but the "risk" was just too much for them. When you're a groomer, dogs not liking what you're doing should be assumed. They also banned my cat, because she has allergies in the spring, and sneezes. Even though I had her vet explain that she wasn't "sick", once again, the "risk" was just too much.
I also don't like the fact that they don't seem to ever refill the leashes and collars. You can find an adorable collar ... but the matching leash is out ... or vice-versa. I've had to go to Amazon again and again, because these guys just aren't in stock. When you can get it from China faster than they can get it to the store ... well ... let's talk about the "death of retail". Poor supply ... iffy service ... brick and mortar go bye-bye.
