rev:text	We bought artificial turf and had it installed by this company back in October. At first we loved this company. We paid extra to have them remove the weeds in the area that they were going to put the artificial turf. I had them come and start installing the turf when I wasn't home. When I got home they were basically done, the grass looked amazing, my husband and I were extremely happy with it and the job they did. Now, a few months later we are completely disatisfied with the job the instalation team did. My 11 pound puppy was able to lift up the corners of the turf and rip out the nails anchoring the grass to the ground. We now have to have bricks on the corners so he doesn't do any more damage. I can go to the middle of grass and barely pull up without any force and about a 6 inch to 12 inches around that area will lift up. I have tried this to my in-laws turf who has the exact same turf but installed by another company and it doesn't lift up like mine does. Also there shouldn't be weeds growing on the primiter of where the grass butts up to the house or a brick wall and there are weeds growing. I called Paradise Greens when my puppy initially lifted up one corner, they told me that dogs can do this. But my puppy barely has any teeth at this point and once again was only 11 pounds. They also said they would charge my approximently $100 to come fix this issue because we live in Laveen and they would call me back to schedule an appointment when they are in the area, I never heard from them and its been at least a month. I will not be using this company to finish off my backyard, like I originally planned to.
