Honestly so disappointed with the customer service I received tonight. I come here every Tuesday night with my coworkers after our night shift at a restaurant and tonight I was a little tired after work. This location is located in the same parking lot as a Dutch Bros, so I decided to pick up a coffee on my way into the alley. Apparently no outside food or drink is allowed -- I had no idea of this policy. As I walked in, the girl at the front desk (Courtney) sees me walk in with my completely full coffee drink and tells me it's not allowed. I pleaded, asking if they'd allow it one time, but the answer was no. I snuck the coffee in anyways (because, come on, I just paid $5 for it) and poured it into one of the bowling alley's glasses. Courtney was so petty that she went and told her manager (Steve) on me, who forced me to throw away my coffee which I hadn't even taken a sip of yet. On top of all of that, they don't even sell coffee for me to buy from them! I understand they have a policy, but coming from the service industry myself, sometimes you just let things slide to make a customer happy. They clearly have nothing better to do than spy on a poor girl who just wanted a little coffee while she bowls.
