  • I've been a client since right after they opened. Very patient with first-time buyers. In fact, they remembered my name before I was officially a client, as I went back three times to ask questions before my first purchase. Almost felt like "Norm" on Cheers. When they're busy, yes, you have to wait sometimes. However, when you're being helped, you're the focus. I think some of their negative ratings on here are unwarranted, as they have no control over how fast your tax stamp comes, or how much their suppliers charge them for ammo (which, in turn, they must pass on to us) when demand goes through the roof, etc. My kudos and sincere appreciation to the ownership and staff!
