  • I normally like this place during the off-peak hours, however, had a very bad experience there on a busy weekend. My friend and I waited about 15 minutes for a pedicure, which wasn't bad at all, however, after about 5 minutes into my pedicure, the front desk host interrupts the guy doing my pedicure and they have a 5 minute conversation in another language. After which, he tells me "Oh, my appointment is here, someone else will do your pedicure". After waiting another 15 minutes with my feet soaking, and watching other people who came in after me get serviced, another employee finally came over however, I told her to forget it. I put my shoes back on and waited for my friend to be done. I won't be returning. ever.
