  • As we left to walk the dogs thanksgiving morning, our garage door opened 4 inches and stopped. It was soon clear that the spring that helped open the door was in 3 pieces. We walked trying to figure out what to do. When we got back I took a chance and checked Yelp for some ideas. Swift was listed with a 5 star rating, so we called hoping to leave a voicemail. To our pleasant surprise an actual person answered. We told them our dilemma and were told someone could be there that day ( on Thanksgiving morning). Mike showed up 20 minutes into the 2 hour window we were given. He completed the work in less than an hour and even got rid of the squeak the door was making. He was super nice and professional. A special thank you to the Swift team for helping us out on a holiday.
