  • I had a good experience with enterprise rent-a car. The rental was for an insurance claim so, I didn't have to come put-of-pocket for anything (except for coverage for the rental through enterprise, which I opted not to purchase). That could be around $18 a day. Seems expensive. I just utilized my own insurance. Yes, you can do that! Anyway, the customer service provided to me was good. They called me to confirm the rental reservation after my insurance adjuster made the reservation. They also called me the day before I returned to remind me that the insurance was not going to pay after a specified day. Even though I was already aware of this information, the courtesy call was thoughtful. Will I rent from there again? Sure.
