  • Evan and Foster Realty are awesome. I rented an apartment from them for 3 years. I appreciated how fair they were the entire time I rented the unit concerning the rent and everything else. They were always prompt in responding to whatever concerns I had and they took me seriously rather than just brushing me aside. I especially appreciate that Evan, who is very busy, personally responded to me. The very discrepancies Foster and I had were worked out with a resolution that I believe was fair, and I really appreciated that. I recently purchased a home, so I moved out of my unit managed by Foster. However, if I ever bought or leased again, I would absolutely rent through Foster again. Israel, Veronica, and everyone else in the office is great, too. An all-around ethical and solid company. Thanks for a great 3 years Foster! Myself as well as my 3-year-old daughter appreciated all the attention and consideration you extended!
