This is based *solely* on the fact that I've trying to get a hold of an employee in the store to check availability of a product on behalf of my guest to no avail! I have spent over 30 mins on hold, not including all the time I spent trying to call AND other departments hoping to get through to someone. This is TERRIBLE business ethic and exactly why brick and mortar stores are dying out. I worked at this location for 3 years circa 2002 when customer service still meant something. Can't speak to single human in a decent amount of time. Well now I am sending my guest to Fry's... not that Best Buy gives a damn... Oh, just finished my review and I am still on hold! SMH!!
