Technician didn't call before arriving. Showed up right as my husband steps into a meeting every day and probably had to wait outside for five whole minutes which he was completely and utterly rude about. On the way home that very same day my husband realizes that the technician missed gluing in an entire side of the seal. We have to take the car in the next day. Fast forward a week. My husband goes to use the windshield wiper fluid only he can't. Because the technician never reattached them. So once again we had to make a warranty claim. The woman scheduled us for the wrong day. Hopefully our headaches with this new windshield are over. The install isn't supposed to be more painful than the insurance claim!
